Little cash - Lots of impact.    First, remove all panels that are to be painted. The Inwin was pretty easy because the sides, top and front all came off easily, with removing just a few screws. Once you remove all the panels, then its on to the drives. Remove the floppy, CD/CD-RW/DVD drives, and any other occupants of your 5 1/4 bays that have an exposed front that will need to be painted. 
 When painting your drives, remember to tape off any LEDs and apply the paint in thin coats - this will help to prevent painting the bays shut and also will give you a nice finish without runs. (Hey, your computer hates having the runs as much as you do!)   
After the drives are finished, its on to the panels. I moved outside to do the panels because I was starting to get a buzz from the paint fumes. And since I only have a At any rate, here is the finished product. Not too shabby for 5 bucks I think.   
And a few more pics just for the hell of it. I hope you have found some sort of inspiration here. If not, at least you know there is always something to do if you have an extra can of spraypaint lying around!
