The selection of case fans on the market today is vast. Just a few years ago, case fans were all pretty much the same. They were black and came in various sizes from 40mm to 120mm. Sure, some were better than others but the selection was pretty much limited to the size and CFM output and that's it. This is no longer the case. The PC case fans of today are highly specialized, coming in various speeds, colors and materials.
Today we will look at a broad selection of case fans available at Xoxide.com ranging from a "normal" fan, to LED fans, to the super high-output Vantec Tornado. Each has a special purpose or function and each is unique in some way. This review will be written more as a guide rather than a competition, and will hopefully be useful in helping you select the case fan best suited for your individual needs.
